NFP policy workers engage Garry to enhance their skills, add to their collection of tools and resources, become more resilient in responding to an increasingly complex environment, and increase their policy and advocacy impact.
Garry Pearson OAM, has held senior executive and board secretariat roles for over 30 years in major education and health organisations across both public and private sectors.
Garry advises non-profit staff and directors on strategy, policy and governance matters, provides induction briefings and leadership training workshops, and coaches association and charity professionals.
Garry was awarded a Medal of the Order of Australia 'for service to dentistry, and to education in Victoria', on Australia Day 2018, and was inducted into the Associations Hall of Fame in July 2017.
In addition to his professional services, Garry provides pro bono mentoring support for participants in mentoring programs offered by Leadership Victoria, The Institute of Managers and Leaders, and the Australasian Society of Association Executives.
